Before Class

What Do I Need?

Arrive 5 minutes early to your first class, so our instructor can give you an overview of what to expect. Besides, you wouldn’t want to miss out on their tips and tricks for each exercise to help you get the most of your reps.

Inform our Coaches if you have any injury / medical condition that we should be aware of.

Let us know if you are new to fitness so that we can take extra care of you.

During Class

What Do I Need?

Be in proper workout attire and footwear, workout-towels are provided.

Buy or bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session.

If you’re uncertain about the exercise during the session, don’t hesitate to wave for our Coaches, they are more than happy to guide you along.

After Class

What Do I Need?

Give it a go at the body composition scans for free to check where you are currently at, our Coaches will be happy to assist you if they are available at that time.

Approach our Coaches if you need recommendations on which classes to come for based on your unique body goals.

Be sure to fuel well after the workout, approach our Coaches if you need some advice on this matter.
