STRENGTH

If you want to stop obsessing over calories, lifting heavy is your passport to dieting-flexibility. When you lift better, you build more. As you build more , your muscles uses more calories.

Follow our 15 weeks program , broken down into 5 phases. Each building upon the last to get you stronger, better and nearer to freedom.

CORE

If you want to get stronger, move faster while improving your posture then you need to start building a sound a reliable core. In this workout, we’ll teach you the best ways to activate your core. Say hello to faster progress and goodbye to lower back pain.

CONDITIONING

Think of conditioning like training your body’s engine, the better your engine runs, the better your overall performance will be. Not only will you have better endurance when pushing hard, you’ll also be able to recover faster and nobody likes to feel sore the following day after training.

Excellent workout routines with targeted strength, cardio and endurance training exercises throughout the week. Their equipments are quite different and new compared to other gyms in the same vicinity. Trainers were also very observant during the sessions and will correct my form for the different workouts. Highly recommended to join Cavo!

The classes at CAVO are probably some of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken, as someone who prefers strength training over cardio-heavy classes. Instructors are really attentive to your form and always friendly. Class sizes are small as well, so it's easy to get to know other folks. If you're hesitant, give their 1 or 2-week trial a try, it's super worth it!

Have been a regular for nearly a year. Great sessions with Rah and sometimes JC, who are always helpful and offer great useful advice throughout the training sessions. The studio is getting more fancy equipments, which makes the work out fun and functional. A great place!

CAVO has a good mix of classes focusing on building all-rounded strength, as well as developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Did most of my classes with Rah, who paid good attention to my form and was always willing to answer any questions that I had regarding specific exercises. She was really friendly and welcoming as well! Also really appreciated the smaller trainer to participant ratio, and the use of machines that aren't commonly used in other gyms and fitness studios. Was a nice space to work out in too 🙂

small gym, big gainz — only been here a few sessions so far but the results are immediate. kudos for the close-knit vibe and an unintimidating environment where you can be your best with just the right amount of peer + instructor pressure, ha. if you pick the morning and lunchtime classes there tend to be fewer people and it’s basically semi private. The gym provides small towels, shower, hairdryer, water dispenser in case ppl are wondering 🤙🏼

1. Do you have a beginner’s class?

We don’t have a regularly scheduled beginners’ class, but first-timers get looked after in every class. Just make sure you arrive on time for your first class, and we’ll make sure to give you extra attention. Alternatively, you may consider our personal training sessions as a kickstart.
