Follow our 15 weeks program , broken down into 5 phases. Each building upon the last to get you stronger, better and nearer to freedom.

CORE

If you want to get stronger, move faster while improving your posture then you need to start building a sound a reliable core. In this workout, we’ll teach you the best ways to activate your core. Say hello to faster progress and goodbye to lower back pain.

CONDITIONING

Think of conditioning like training your body’s engine, the better your engine runs, the better your overall performance will be. Not only will you have better endurance when pushing hard, you’ll also be able to recover faster and nobody likes to feel sore the following day after training.

Great gym with a programme that really focuses on strength training and form. Instructors are friendly and supportive for your form and technique. Seen great results in first 6months, looking more toned and feeling fitter. Nice community feel and makes waking up at 6am a lot more fun!

Great gym. Look beyond the rough around the edges vibes and you'll appreciate the calculated guidance of all the trainers further improved by the well thought out class programme that benefits the full body, in terms of strength, flexibility and balance. I was fully committed to this space by the reasons above but also by the friendly, neighbourhood, community vibes of the regulars who attend the classes at this gym. Everyone was just super friendly and helpful, and also committed to encourage each other to fulfil each others' fitness goals. Forget classpass, sign up for the unlimited package and build regular class visits into your schedule. Ask the friendly trainers (and regulars) on how to maintain a nutritional schedule and trust me, you'll see the results with steady work and commitment. 2 pinkies up! (You'll get the reference once you join a couple of sessions)

Fantastic trainers, they pay close attention and correct your form in group sessions which I really appreciated. I saw results! Other gyms have overcrowding and form-neglect which results in injury. Cavo is the complete opposite - You can trust the trainers to give you the clear instructions you need !

Very clean space. Trainers are nice, motivating and align your posture. They have a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. The classes are tough but the trainers will guide u as much as possible. Jun cun did a very good job in aligning my posture and Justin is very motivating and supportive. The vibes are great there. Good place to workout

I fully recommend Cavo for everyone regardless of personal objectives. From wanting just get healthier, to improve performance there is a great group of trainers to support and push you. Very well thought programming and a variety of classes in a very welcoming environment!

1. Do you have a beginner’s class?

We don’t have a regularly scheduled beginners’ class, but first-timers get looked after in every class. Just make sure you arrive on time for your first class, and we’ll make sure to give you extra attention. Alternatively, you may consider our personal training sessions as a kickstart.
